Best Home Cook: Series 1 & 2
Mary Berry is back in all of her baking glory in this heartwarming and entertaining series that shines a light on some of Britain's most extraordinary home cooks. Together with chef Angela Hartnett and produce expert Chris Bavin, the trio will be selecting themes of increasing difficulty, designed to test everything our home cooks have brought to the kitchen - including their flair, skill, and creativity when it comes to cooking. Each week contestants will have to battle through three stages: preparing a meal considered a home favourite, creating a dish around a single ingredient, and trying their best to survive the dreaded elimination round.

Al Jazeera is an independent news organization funded in part by the Qatari government. The network challenged established narratives and gave a global audience an alternative voice one that put the people back at the centre of the news agenda and quickly made it one of the world's most influential news networks.

Task: The offline edit and preparation of the show were created using the software Avid Everywhere. I was one of the first in the country to trial this new software. I oversaw the technical side as well as supported the edits working remotely from home.

As an Assistant Editor, I learned a multitude of skills in the MCR with Decks, Patching, Dubbing and creating deliverables. I am proficient in both Tape and Tapeless workflows, Encoding and tech support for the MCR, Edit Suites and Media Storage System.
As a Junior Editor, I worked closely with Clients managing their requests and expectations. I also was responsible for a small team of runners and other Edit Assistants delegating work and helping them with technical issues and training.

Drugs Live is an occasional British television documentary on Channel 4 about recreational drug use, and clinical trials into its effects, presented by Jon Snow and Dr Christian Jessen.

'Salafi'
A documentary that was filmed in the aftermath of January 25th 2011, when the Salafi Islamic movement was at its height in Egypt. This BBC documentary shows the journey of the movement from obscurity to the hight of its power, before its current decline.
